3D Printing Careers the Future of Manufacturing

Tracey Albers President and CTO of Rapid Prototype and Manufacturing is a women entrepreneur and business owner adapting the new technology of additive manufacturing also called 3D printing.  3D Printing is rooted in math and science where objects are built one layer at a time. RP&M is performing research and development in this new technology to help find its place in manufacturing.  This is a great engineering field for all genders.
