Air General, a national cargo handling company, is looking for Mail Warehouse Agents at Charlotte Douglas International Airport to handle the transfer of cargo to and from our airline client and their customers. Specific Job Responsibilities include:
· Promptly sort outbound mail tendered by USPS by destination and flight number
· Load sorted mail onto carts by flight number and destination
· Segregate mail for smooth loading
· Establish correct weight for mail
· Complete paper manifest for all mail per destination
· Unload and scan inbound mail
· Complete any necessary postal logs as applicable within prescribed time frames
· Keep proper statistics of all mail handled
· Ensure mail is secure at all times
· Operate a forklift, tug and pallet jack
· Push/pull mail carts in excess of 70+ pounds
· All other duties as assigned by supervisor/management
