Job Description

Be comfortable with the workers’ compensation patient population in the setting of Functional Restoration, Work Hardening, and Work Conditioning programs
•
Provides direct patient care, evaluates functional needs and outcomes, and consults with other specialists
•
Review patients' functional needs and adjust care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes
•
Conducts therapy practice within defined standards of care

Communicate effectively with other professionals and support staff to achieve positive patient outcomes
