Lee & Juan work at S & M Auto Paint and Body Shop.  They initially started learning the trade in High School at the Applied Technical Center where they were started to become an Auto Body Technician.  The skilled trade is a great career for those who liked to work and restore automobiles.   As their skill level increases from actually working after starting at entry level so does their compensation.
