Landscaping – Ben McGarity

Ben McGarity Director of Operations of Southern Trade Tree explains the jobs available and involved in landscaping.  He manages the daily schedule and adjust crews as needed.  They are involved from starting with a bare dirt lot to design, build, landscape, irrigate and all involved to have the yard finished for the family to move into their new home. For the landscaping business it takes a good work ethic and starting as a laborer a person can move up quickly learning how to operate equipment and other tasks.  The job can be high stress as it is high volume but great reward seeing a new lot go from bare dirt to finished yard.
